Refund Policy & Procedures

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be given for:

1. Software when returned within 30 days of the purchase date
2. All Events (unless otherwise specified) when requested before 7 days of the Event Date;
3. ll Webinar “Key Series” (i.e. the DividendKey or TradingKey) when returned within 30 days of the purchase date or 1 day after the first scheduled online session - whichever comes first;

and in accordance with our Refund Procedures set out below. If a Product is sold as part of a discounted bundle the refund will be prorated to reflect the discounting.

No refunds will be given for:

1. Data service renewal fees; or
2. Any other Product not otherwise specified above
